Zone vs. man-to-man

We thought we wouldn't need to move from a man-to-man defense to zone until we are outnumbered with a hypothetical third child. But ever since our Seattle/Vancouver vacation where we needed to be more efficient with our tasks and time sharing a room with the kids, we moved to a zone defense for bathtime.

Previously, we would alternate putting Tobey and Eli to bed including bath, getting dressed, milk and story time. But now Tom's been giving the boys a double bath and I get them dressed, Eli out of the bath first and then Tobey. While Tom's giving them a bath, then I can conquer other things like dishes or basic tidying up. Tom can warm up milk while I'm getting them dressed. We still individualize story time and tuck in since they take different times but it's clearly a change in our strategy which seems to work well for now.
