Tic Tacs

I have to remember that Tobey is still learning social protocol, things that we naturally take for granted.

I took him for a night run to Smart & Final tonight for some MTO shopping and he had a tray of Tic Tacs in his hands. He asked what they were and usually he just puts stuff back on the shelf. A seasoned shopper, at least he knows that much.

But then I saw him with an open box of white Tic Tacs. Gah! I had to teach him how he can't open stuff in the store. Otherwise we have to pay for it. So I had to buy the box of Tic Tacs.

Given that it is Smart & Final, I'm glad he didn't open a 1 gallon vat of mayo or a 36 count box of taquitos. But could he at least have opened up the orange Tic Tacs?
