Day Two: Tobey is sick again!

I'm not going to blog my activities everyday but today is significant because just when I want to "settle", Tobey gets sick! So not only am I on my own today, I have to keep Tobey from touching Eli! I guess sick kids are going to be part of my "settling" but I just don't want to get the newborn sick.

Tobey's been pretty whiny although he has moments of playing by himself. Eli is pretty normal but when he needs to be held at the same time Tobey is whiny, I get a little worn. Eli suprised me by falling asleep in the bouncy seat. It didn't last for long before he woke up fussing to eat. Now he's down for his real morning nap, now that it's 11AM!

Now that I'm down to the "easy" kid, I'm debating whether to take a shower (and feel like a human being) or just admit that I'm not going anywhere or getting anything else done today and play with Tobey even though he doesn't feel like playing.

The choices are overwhelming.
