Eli: Cheerios

Somewhat unplanned, I decided to try Eli on Cheerios today. Maybe because I saw him use his hand as a "rake" this morning as he reached for a red piece of fuzz on our white carpet.

He did well! Finally, one of his "first moments" on videotape, poor second child. And somehow I thought I'd think he was "slow" in learning this afternoon because I already saw Tobey do this two years ago. But Eli was quite fast! By the time we tried Cheerios again at dinner, he was pretty consistent at putting them in his mouth!

Well, we did find a wet Cheerio or two during family playtime in the master bedroom. But it's much different from the multiple Cheerios we'd find as a surprise in the booster seat after Tobey's Cheerio sessions.
