Eli: 22 lbs.! Addendum

All right. That's it. I'm not sure if I can hear about any more kids Eli's age.

Just got a note from old Bible study friends who finally brought home their new baby girl from China, which I am thrilled for them about. Their girl is only 11 months but is 22 lbs! Eli can't even outweigh a girl from a Chinese orphanage!

For some reference, Emily, Tom's niece, came from China and was really light. It was clear that she needed more nourishment but we were all glad that in all other ways, she was healthy (and of course now, she's perfectly normal). When Rachel came from China, she was a lot healthier, but because she was in foster care.

Eli, Eli, what are we going to do with you? I'm thinking wide receiver, sprinter, the guy at the top of a pile of acrobats?
