Our new baby

We've joined the cult. We knew it was in our future but wasn't sure when. It seemed a good time to buy and with a weekend of negotiating and simultaneously ignoring the kids, we bought a minivan. People who love it say we'll never look back.

It's still surreal to me, maybe because, besides test driving, I've barely seen it. Tom went last night to sign papers and drove the long road back from the dealership in Stockton (long story!). Then he took it this morning to work since we were too tired to move the car seats yet.

Poor Camry has already been relegated to the driveway. Our goal this spring is to clean out the garage so we can fit both cars. Our neighbors did it (Odyssey and Accord) so we'll see if we can too. Tobey seems excited about the minivan. He even fell asleep while we test drove it (at least we know it's comfy!). Eli was frustrated that he couldn't climb all over it at the dealership but he will in time, because now it's ours.
