Tricked ya

This morning at breakfast, I wanted to see how much of our new mealtime prayer Tobey knows by heart. He said it was my turn to say grace but I wanted him to repeat after me. He kept saying it was my turn so I gave up but ended up tricking him into saying half of it by pretending I didn't remember. Actually, it started out that I didn't remember the end of the first line which he finished for me to which I realized that if I pretend to forget bits and pieces of the rest, he'll end up saying the whole thing. I know we all tell little white lies to our kids I actually feel a little guilty about this one.
