Eli: Flips over

Almost as momentous as Tobey's first milestone of the weekend (see "First french fries" below) is that Eli did his flip over. He was on his tummy at growth group and in the middle of someone's sharing, he flipped over and Kim saw my eyes grow big. We all celebrated the milestone briefly and back to business.

He flipped over another time, this time so Tom could see. Eli's been trying to do back to tummy for the past couple of days by really arching his back. I could see him making progress each day and predict he'll flip over back to tummy any day now.

On that note, I've been a little sad to not be able to keep up with Eli's milestones as thoroughly as with Tobey's. I haven't filled in his milestone calendar in the past month since before Grandma died. I guess that's yet another way the second child gets gipped.
